About these terms
Emberdorne is a website of free casino-style games and an editorial guide to browser games, published at emberdorne.co.uk. In these terms "we" and "us" mean the people who run it, and "you" means anyone who visits. You can reach us at hello@emberdorne.co.uk.
Adults only
Emberdorne is for people aged 18 or over. We ask your age when you first arrive and close the chambers to anyone who says they are younger. If you are under 18, please leave the site. If you look after a child who uses your device, the Play responsibly page explains how to keep adult sites out of reach.
For entertainment only
Every chamber is a game played for fun. No real money play is possible here: you cannot stake money, and nothing you do on Emberdorne can win money, goods, vouchers or anything else of monetary value. Playing or success in these games does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
Glints
Glints are the points the chambers are played for. Every visitor starts with 2,000 and can rekindle to 2,000 for free whenever they drop below 40.
- Glints have no cash value and are not property.
- Glints cannot be bought, sold, swapped, gifted, transferred or redeemed for anything.
- There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions or paid features of any kind.
- Glints, banners and settings are kept in your own browser; we cannot see, restore or move them.
Playing fairly
Results come from your browser's random number generator. We do not adjust them for any visitor. Please do not interfere with the site, overload it, scrape it at scale, or try to break into the parts of it that are not public. We may block access that harms the site or other visitors.
Your own limits
The reminders, visit limits, quiet hours and pauses on the Play responsibly page are tools for you. They run inside your browser, so clearing it removes them, and they cannot replace proper support. If gambling is a problem for you, please contact GamCare on 0808 8020 133.
Our content
The games, names, words, pictures and code here belong to us or are used with permission. Playing, reading and sharing links is welcome. Please do not copy the games or artwork onto another site.
Free Roam and other sites
Free Roam reviews other makers' games and points to their own websites. Those sites are not ours, we are not paid for the links and what they publish, charge, advertise or collect is their own business, not ours. Their own terms apply once you leave Emberdorne.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Emberdorne running but may change, pause or remove any part of it, including a chamber or a review, at any time. Because nothing here has monetary value, a change cannot cost you anything of value. If we change these terms, the "Last updated" line above will show the new date.
Liability
Emberdorne is provided free and as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Beyond that, we accept no responsibility for loss that comes from using a free site with no paid services and nothing of value in it.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without taking away any right you have to bring a claim where you live in the UK. Questions about these terms: hello@emberdorne.co.uk.
